Bluetooth headsets for business
Take calls from your laptop or mobile without being tied to a desk. Active noise cancellation cuts out the office around you, AI microphone processing keeps your voice clear, and battery life that lasts you days. Yealink BH74 and BH78 wireless headsets — supplied, configured and supported by Dromlik.
A business headset is a different product to a pair of headphones
The microphone, not the speakers
Consumer earbuds place the mic somewhere near your ear and hope for the best. A business headset puts a boom arm near your mouth and runs a four-microphone array through AI noise cancellation, so keyboard noise, a colleague two desks away or traffic outside doesn't end up in the customer's ear.
Call controls that actually control the call
Answer, end, mute and adjust volume from the headset itself — including flip-the-boom-to-mute — instead of hunting for the right window on your screen.
A busylight your colleagues can see
Both models have busylights on each earcup that turn red automatically when you're on a call. It's a small thing that prevents a lot of interruptions in an open-plan office.
Connection to more than one device
Both headsets hold two Bluetooth connections at once, so a call landing on your mobile while you're on your laptop doesn't mean swapping headsets.
Two headsets. Most businesses need one of them.
Yealink BH74 — the everyday business headset
Light enough to forget you're wearing it.
At 152g the BH74 is noticeably lighter than most business headsets with active noise cancellation, which matters a lot more by 4pm than it does in the first ten minutes. It has hybrid ANC with four selectable modes — including an ambient mode that lets the room back in when you need to hear someone — and a four-microphone AI array for the outbound side of the call.
Best for: Office and hybrid workers · Sales teams · Receptionists and front-of-house · Anyone on calls for part of the day

Yealink BH78 — for people who spend the day on calls
The one you buy when calls are the job.
The BH78 is an over-ear headset built for sustained use. Its adaptive hybrid ANC continuously adjusts to the room rather than applying a fixed level of noise cancellation, the microphone boom retracts into the headset when you're not on a call, and the whole thing folds down in a couple of seconds for the commute.
Best for: Contact centre and support teams · Account managers and heavy callers · Open-plan and noisy offices · Executives · Frequent travellers

BH74 or BH78?
Both are wireless, both cancel noise, both work with your Dromlik phone system. The real difference is how many hours a day you wear one.

* Battery figures are Yealink's maximums, measured with ANC and busylight switched off. With ANC and busylight on, expect around 27 hours of talk time from the BH78. Real-world life depends on volume, ANC mode and how often the busylight is active.
A simple way to decide
Choose the BH74 if…
Your team is on calls for part of the day and wears the headset on and off — sales calls between admin work, reception, hybrid workers moving between home and office. The lighter build is the deciding factor here, and the ANC is genuinely good.
Choose the BH78 if…
Calls are the job. Contact centre agents, support desks, account managers and anyone in a noisy open-plan office will feel the difference in the over-ear fit, the adaptive ANC and the extra battery headroom — particularly since ANC on all day is exactly the scenario where the BH74's battery advantage narrows.

Keep it charged without thinking about it
A charging stand solves the one problem every wireless headset eventually creates: someone forgets to plug it in and starts Monday morning on 4%.
The headset sits on the stand between calls and charges whenever it isn’t being worn, which in practice means it’s never flat. It’s an add-on that we’d recommend for anyone taking calls every day.
One headset, wherever you're working
With Dromlik’s cloud phone system, your team makes and receives business calls from the Dromlik desktop and mobile apps — with your company number, your call routing, your voicemail and your call recording — on a laptop at home, a mobile in the car or a desktop in the office. The headset just connects to whichever one they’re using.
- Make and receive business calls — from your business number, on your computer or mobile, without a desk phone.
- Work hands-free — take notes, look up a customer record or walk to a meeting room without dropping the call.
- Stay focused — ANC and busylights cut both the noise you hear and the interruptions you get.
- Work from anywhere — nothing on your desk defines where you can take a call.

Frequently asked questions
Will these headsets work with my existing phone system?
Both models are standard Bluetooth headsets and work with any softphone or communication platform on your computer or mobile, including Dromlik, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet and over 100 other platforms. You don’t need to be a Dromlik customer to use them.
Do I need a dongle to connect to my laptop?
Both headsets include Yealink’s BT51-C USB dongle, which gives you a plug-and-play connection without relying on your laptop’s built-in Bluetooth. A USB-C to USB-A adapter is included, so it works with older machines too. You can also pair over your computer’s native Bluetooth if you prefer.
Can I connect to my laptop and my mobile at the same time?
Yes. Both models hold two Bluetooth connections simultaneously, so you can stay connected to your computer and your phone at once and answer whichever one rings.
How long does the battery really last?
Yealink’s headline figures — 32 hours on the BH74 and 38 hours on the BH78 — are measured with noise cancellation and the busylight switched off. With ANC running all day, expect meaningfully less; Yealink rates the BH78 at around 27 hours in that mode. Both still comfortably cover a full working week of normal call volumes on a single charge.
